Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Drafter role based in New Delhi.

The Architectural

Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details based on design concepts and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting sketches and design briefs, developing accurate CAD drawings, coordinating revisions, and ensuring documentation complies with relevant codes and standards. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and consultants to refine technical details and support project delivery across different phases.

The Architectural





Drafter will also maintain organized drawing sets, assist in quantity take-offs, and help prepare documentation for client presentations and approvals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce precise, clear, and buildable documentation.
- Foundational understanding of Architecture and Planning principles to interpret design intent and translate it into technical drawings.
- Proficiency in technical Drawing, including the use of CAD and other drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software).
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices relevant to projects in New Delhi and surrounding regions.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in office.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or design studio is preferred but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
