Key Purpose of the Job

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, detailing and modifying architectural and interior drawings for residential and commercial real-estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting and modifying architectural drawings for high-rise residential projects
- Preparing municipal drawings and area calculations
- Preparing and correcting layouts, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, architectural drafting and detailing
- Preparing detailed drawings for building projects and carrying out area calculations
- Preparing AutoCAD drawings for architectural, civil, interior and MEP works
- Conducting site surveys and preparing drawings based on site measurements
- Preparing maps, diagrams, profiles and sections as required
- Coordinating and resolving drawing-related issues
- Making revisions and incorporating comments from architects,



consultants and project teams
- Ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a reputed institute
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience , preferably in residential/commercial real-estate projects
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD 2D/3D
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- MS Office
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, building planning and detailing
- Experience with municipal drawings and area calculations will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects will be an advantage
