Company Description Workplace Curators is a workplace design and delivery practice focused on creating offices that perform reliably . We hve delivered projects across India, the team works across workplace strategy, space planning, corporate interiors, turnkey design-build, managed offices, and workplace operations.

Using 3D renders, simulations, and real-time dashboards, Workplace Curators reduces guesswork and protects project timelines while aligning spaces with culture, workflow, and performance.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurgaon, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing workplace concepts, architectural designs, and detailed drawings that align with client strategy, culture, and operational needs.

Day-to-day tasks include space planning, preparing design presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and supporting turnkey design-build execution. The role involves overseeing project documentation, monitoring design quality during construction, and ensuring compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and client brand guidelines. The Architect will also participate in project meetings, contribute to design simulations and 3D visualizations, and help integrate IT, hospitality,



and essential services into cohesive workplace solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate workplace strategy into functional, high-performing spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timeline management, and oversight of design documentation.
- Exposure to Integration and Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and integration of technology into workplace environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; qualified registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices relevant to corporate interiors and workplace projects.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and present design ideas in a concise, client-friendly manner.
- Prior experience in corporate interiors, workplace strategy, or design-build projects in India is preferred.
