Role Description The Architect – Workspace Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and detailing innovative corporate workspaces that align with client brand, functional needs, and project constraints. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layout plans, coordinating detailed drawings, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed on site.

The role involves client interactions to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability considerations.



The Architect – Workspace Designer will also oversee material selection, ergonomics, lighting, and workplace zoning to create efficient, engaging environments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in workspace and interior architecture, including space planning, workplace design, and corporate office layouts.
- Proficiency in architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with materials, finishes, furniture systems, lighting design, and ergonomics tailored to modern workplaces.
- Ability to manage design documentation, construction drawings, and detailing in line with building codes and regulatory standards.
- Skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Strong visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills to convey design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles, workplace strategy, and contemporary trends in corporate interiors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional experience in commercial or corporate interior projects; experience with multi-location or large-scale office fit-outs is an advantage.
