Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Maharashtra, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings, and preparing design documentation for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves overseeing project progress on-site, resolving design and construction issues,



and aligning project execution with the approved plans and budget. The Architect will collaborate with internal team members to maintain design quality, safety standards, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed planning.
- Ability to manage Integration of design elements with structural, services, and environmental considerations.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring on-site execution.
- Familiarity with Software Development principles as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility to work in India.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Maharashtra.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and site teams.
