Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in the Mohali district, collaborating with project teams to plan and design residential developments, including villas, kothis, gated communities, and luxury condos. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing concepts and layouts, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and consultants, reviewing site conditions, and providing design inputs throughout the construction lifecycle. The Architect will also assist in project planning, cost awareness,



and design revisions to align projects with client needs, safety standards, and Vera Developers’ quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and community projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to using and integrating design and project management software tools.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct site visits, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
- Experience in North India real estate or residential development is beneficial.
