POSITION - Architect with 8-15 years of work experience for role of an Architect (design development & co-ordination)

QUALIFICATION - bachelors degree in architecture with relevant software knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preferred candidate would be the one who has worked on large scale, high rise residential buildings

- Assist team lead in Preparation of architectural concept design options.
- Obtain client/management approval on preliminary concept design.
- Modify designs based on client/management feedback.
- Collaborate with associate architects, structural, HVAC, MEP engineers and other services specialists to obtain all their input in a timely manner.
- Manage and guide associate architects involved in preparing presentation drawings, approval drawings and good for construction drawings and ensure all deliverables meet timelines as scheduled.
- Exploring recent design technology/software and ensure all team members obtain required training periodically.
- Visit project construction site regularly for supervision, adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve problems that may arise during construction.
