Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design documentation across project phases. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams, participating in client meetings, and translating client requirements into functional, sustainable design solutions.

The role involves reviewing codes and regulations, supporting tender and construction documentation, and assisting in design-build coordination to maintain quality and timelines. The Architect will also contribute to research-based design processes,



prepare presentations and reports, and support the continuous refinement of Urbane’s design standards and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed design solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts to align architectural, engineering, and interior design components within an end-to-end project framework.
- Comfort working with Software Development or technology integration teams when required, particularly for design tools, automation, or BIM-related workflows.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to projects in India.
- Strong visual, spatial, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Interest in research-driven, process-based design and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies.
