nWe are looking for an Architect who combines creative thinking with technical competence and takes responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of their work.n

n

nAbout the Rolen

n

nThe selected candidate will work closely with our partners and design team across multiple stages of a project—from concept development and design presentations to detailed documentation and execution coordination.n

n

nThis role requires practical experience in Residential Architecture, Retail Design, and Interior Design, along with the ability to translate design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions.n

n

nKey Responsibilitiesn

n

n- Develop design concepts, layouts, and space-planning proposals in response to client requirements, site conditions, and project budgets.n

n- Prepare architectural and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.n

n- Create accurate 3D models in SketchUp and compelling visualisations using Enscape.n

n- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes that clearly communicate proposed ideas.n

n- Develop details for cabinetry, joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes,



and other architectural and interior elements.n

n- Research and recommend materials, finishes, fixtures, and products appropriate to the design and budget.n

n- Coordinate drawings and design requirements with consultants, contractors, vendors, and the internal team.n

n- Participate in site visits, review execution against approved drawings, and help resolve design-related queries.n

n- Maintain organised project documentation, track revisions, and meet agreed deliverables and deadlines.n

n

nQualifications and Skillsn

n

n- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.n

n- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, with a portfolio demonstrating work in residential architecture, retail design, and interior design.n

n- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is mandatory.n

n- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.n

n- Sound understanding of space planning, proportions, materials, construction methods, and detailing.n

n- Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated working drawings.n

n- Strong visual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.n

n- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively with the team.n

n- Attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and a responsible approach to project timelines.n
