Studio Sthala Ecodesigns Pvt. Ltd. is an architecture, interior design, construction and project management firm based in Patliputra, Patna. Our work brings together thoughtful design, sustainable materials, practical execution and attention to detail.

From exposed brickwork and rat-trap bond construction to lime plaster, Rohtak domes, jack arches and filler slabs, we explore ways of creating spaces that are contextual, functional and meaningful.

Current Open Positions

1. Architect – 3 to 5 Years Experience

We are looking for architects who can take projects beyond drawings and contribute to design development, working drawings, coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts
- Prepare working drawings and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with consultants and site teams
- Understand materials, construction details and execution
- Conduct site visits and resolve site-related design issues
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing
- Good understanding of materials and construction
- Proficiency in relevant design software
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

2. Architect – 1 to 2 Years Experience An opportunity for young architects who want to gain hands-on experience in architecture, interiors and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in design development
- Prepare architectural and working drawings
- Support documentation and detailing
- Coordinate with senior architects and site teams
- Participate in site visits and project discussions
- Assist in material selection and execution coordination

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience




- Good understanding of architectural fundamentals
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design software
- Willingness to learn and work on live projects
- Good communication and teamwork skills

3. Draughts Person – 3 to 5 Years Experience We are looking for an experienced draughts person who understands that good drawings are the foundation of good execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed working drawings
- Architectural and interior detailing
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations and construction details
- Coordinate drawings with site requirements
- Update drawings based on design changes
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and execution teams

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Knowledge of architectural and interior execution
- Ability to understand and translate design concepts into detailed drawings

4. AI & Workflow Manager We are looking for someone who can help us integrate AI, automation and digital workflows into our design and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for AI and workflow automation
- Develop and implement efficient digital workflows
- Explore AI tools for design, documentation, marketing and operations
- Automate repetitive processes
- Improve internal documentation and information management
- Work with different teams to identify workflow bottlenecks
- Research and implement relevant AI tools and technologies

Requirements:

- Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Understanding of workflow management and digital tools
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn and experiment with new technologies
- Good communication and coordination skills

Experience with AI tools,



automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools or digital business systems will be an advantage. 5. Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer who understands both drawings and execution and can effectively coordinate between design, site and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate civil works at project sites
- Monitor construction quality and progress
- Read and interpret drawings
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Check measurements and material requirements
- Monitor execution as per drawings and specifications
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Prepare and maintain site reports and updates

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in civil construction
- Good understanding of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong site coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work on live construction projects
