Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing design presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with the interior design team, consultants, and vendors, as well as supporting site visits, measurements, and design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.

The role involves preparing construction documents, assisting with material selection, and ensuring adherence to building codes, sustainability guidelines, and client requirements. The Architect will also participate in project meetings, manage timelines for assigned tasks,



and contribute to continuous improvement of studio design processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, buildable solutions.
- Experience applying Project Management principles to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders throughout the design and execution phases.
- Familiarity with Integration of design elements and systems (e.g., structural, MEP, interior) to create cohesive, efficient project outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Software Development concepts as they relate to digital workflows, design tools, or integration with BIM/CAD platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Ability to read and produce detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations with attention to accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and interact professionally with clients and consultants.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable design practices, current industry trends, and modern materials and technologies.
- Prior experience in an architecture or interior design studio environment, particularly on residential
