Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design, planning, and project development
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
- Review and approve design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure designs comply with building standards, codes, and regulations
- Oversee site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Mentor junior architects and draftsmen
- Prepare proposals, reports, and documentation for project approvals

Requirements

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design software
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and conceptual design skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
- 3 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proven portfolio of completed projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
