Must-Have Skills

TPRM & Risk Management

- Strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), vendor due diligence, vendor onboarding, continuous monitoring, and remediation processes.
- Deep understanding of risk methodologies, including:
- - Inherent Risk
- Residual Risk
- Control Effectiveness
- Impact/Likelihood Quantification
- Vendor Tiering & Segmentation

- Experience implementing vendor lifecycle processes, including intake, approvals, assessments, periodic reviews, and contract alignment.

GRC / IRM Platform Expertise

- Hands-on implementation experience with one or more:
- - ServiceNow IRM
- Archer GRC
- MetricStream
- OneTrust
- LogicGate
- Similar TPRM/GRC platforms

Workflow & Automation

- Experience designing and configuring:
- - Dynamic questionnaires
- Conditional logic and branching rules
- Triggered assessments
- Approval workflows
- Automated notifications and escalations
- Remediation workflows
- Risk exception and acceptance processes

Technical & Integration Skills

- Strong knowledge of:
- - REST APIs
- SOAP Services
- OAuth
- Webhooks
- API integrations

- Experience integrating external cyber-risk platforms such as:
- - BitSight
- SecurityScorecard
- RiskRecon
- Dun & Bradstreet

Data Modeling & Reporting

- Experience designing:
- - Vendor and engagement data models
- Risk and control relationships
- Regulatory mappings




- Scorecards and dashboards

- Ability to build:
- - KPIs
- KRIs
- Risk Heatmaps
- Executive Reporting Dashboards

Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks

- Strong understanding of:

Architecture & Documentation

- Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Solution Architecture Documents

- Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with continuous control monitoring and automated control testing.
- Knowledge of Security Operations, Procurement, Contract Management, and Vendor Management integrations.
- Experience with platform scripting, business rules, workflow engines, and automation tools.
- Exposure to evidence collection portals and automated proof-request frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing, platform optimization, and governance processes.
- Understanding of audit management and regulatory reporting.
- Cloud platform and enterprise architecture exposure.
- Certifications such as:
- - Certified Third-Party Risk Skilled (CTPRP)

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end TPRM solutions.
- Design risk scoring models, risk rating logic, and risk heatmaps.
- Configure assessment workflows and vendor review processes.
- Integrate external risk intelligence providers and enterprise systems.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Implement continuous monitoring and automated control testing.
- Build integrations across TPRM, IRM/GRC, Procurement, Contract Management, and Security Operations.
- Lead UAT, deployment, optimization, and governance activities.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to implementation teams and business stakeholders.
