Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect to handle residential architectural planning, drawings, approvals, and coordination with site teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of building plans, local regulations, and residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Prepare and revise building maps and construction drawings
- Handle map approval documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and site supervisors
- Conduct site visits and monitor work according to approved drawings
- Ensure plans comply with applicable building bylaws and regulations
- Make design modifications based on project requirements
- Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Coordinate with clients to understand design and layout requirements




- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approval documents

Requirements
- B.Arch. / Qualified Architect
- Experience in residential building design and planning
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural software
- Knowledge of building bylaws, approvals, and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Professional, responsible, and punctual
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered

Salary

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.
