About Company

Leading Architecture Firm in Chennai specializing in Commercial, Retail & Office Space Projects. Looking for a passionate Architect with strong commercial project exposure.

We are looking for an experienced Architect to handle end-to-end commercial projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & develop concepts for Commercial Projects - Office spaces, Retail, Showrooms, Hospitality

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC drawings

- Develop 3D models, renders, and presentations for client approvals

- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants

- Handle client meetings, site visits, and ensure design execution as per drawings

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality standards

- Prepare BOQ, material specifications and selection

- Site supervision and resolving site queries during execution





- Ensure compliance with local bylaws, NBC codes and approval norms

Requirements

- http://B.Arch / http://M.Arch - Mandatory

- 3-5 Years proven experience in Commercial Projects only (Office / Retail / Hospitality)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion / V-Ray, Photoshop is mandatory

- Strong knowledge of commercial space planning, materials, and detailing

- Valuable client handling, presentation and communication skills

- Must be currently available in Chennai and able to join immediately

- Portfolio of commercial projects is mandatory
