Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software
- Knowledge of building design, planning, and construction drawings
- Ability to prepare 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and working drawings
- Knowledge of building regulations and local approval requirements
- Positive understanding of construction materials and site execution
- Ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and site teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Site visit and project coordination as required
