Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect to handle architectural design, working drawings and site coordination for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.

- Develop design concepts and ensure drawings are practical for execution.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and site teams.

- Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings.

- Review shop drawings, materials and architectural details.

- Resolve design and site-related technical issues.

- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.

Requirements

- B.Arch from a recognized institution.





- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details and materials.

- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- ArchiCAD: 3 years (Required)

- Project planning: 1 year (Preferred)
