Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of our chain of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Execution & Supervision: Oversee on-site execution, ensure design intent is followed, and quality is maintained, Coordination & Designing Planning.

Costing & BOQ: Complete understanding of project costing, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and value engineering.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and liaise with government authorities for approvals.

Standardization: Develop standard design guidelines / SOPs for all healthcare units across the chain.





Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved cost and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile: B.Arch. / M.Arch from a reputed institute.

15+ years of experience, with at least 8-10 years exclusively in Hospital Projects.

Robust expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Project Costing.

Knowledge of hospital functional planning - OT, ICU, IPD, OPD, Emergency flows.

Willing to be based at Noida HO with extensive travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
