Hiring Job Role: ASIC Program Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact ASIC Program Manager to lead end-to-end semiconductor program execution across complex SoC / ASIC development cycles. The ideal candidate will drive schedule, cost, power, and quality targets while working cross-functionally with design, verification, physical design, and silicon validation teams to ensure successful product delivery.

This role is critical in enabling on-time tape-outs, risk mitigation, and high-quality silicon launches.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery Ownership

- Drive end-to-end ASIC / SoC program execution from architecture to silicon production
- Own program schedule, power targets, cost tracking, and milestone adherence
- Track and manage critical path across RTL, Verification, PD, DFT, and Validation teams

Risk & Change Management
- Proactively identify technical and schedule risks and implement mitigation plans
- Drive change control processes across engineering and business stakeholders
- Ensure design reviews, program reviews, and quality gates are executed effectively

Stakeholder & Leadership Communication
- Present program health dashboards to senior leadership
- Provide regular updates on milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with global cross-functional engineering teams





Cross-Functional Program Governance
- Work closely with Design Leads, Verification Leads, Physical Design teams, and Foundry interfaces
- Drive alignment across multi-geo teams
- Ensure process compliance across ASIC development lifecycle

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in complete ASIC / SoC development lifecycle
- Proven track record in Semiconductor Program / Technical Program Management
- Solid expertise in Program Planning, Risk Management, and Change Management
- Hands-on expertise in:

- Microsoft Project (MPP)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, Macros, Dashboards)

- PowerPoint (Executive Reporting)
- Project Management Tools (Jira / Azure DevOps / Equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred / High-Value Skills
- Experience working with RTL Design, Verification, Physical Design, or Silicon Validation teams
- Foundry interaction / Tapeout exposure
- Data-driven program tracking and metrics dashboards
- Knowledge of Agile / Hybrid hardware development methodologies
- Experience managing multi-site / global semiconductor teams

Qualifications
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Semiconductor / Related Engineering
- Proven experience managing complex semiconductor development programs
