Role Description The Architect – 3D Design & Visualization is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India. This position is responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for cold chain infrastructure projects, including storage, warehousing, and processing facilities. The role involves creating high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings that communicate design intent to internal teams, partners, and clients.

The architect will collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and integration teams to ensure design feasibility, alignment with technical requirements, and adherence to safety and sustainability standards.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing design documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, refining designs based on feedback, and supporting project execution from concept through implementation.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and design development. The candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs, preparing 2D and 3D drawings, developing realistic renderings, and coordinating with engineering, project management, and client teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate design solutions with structural, MEP, and project teams.

3D Modeling & Visualization
- Create detailed 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Develop high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client approvals.
- Produce realistic architectural visualizations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.




- Update 3D models based on client feedback and project modifications.

Project Coordination
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors during project execution.
- Support project teams with technical design documentation and drawing revisions.
- Conduct site visits when required to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Documentation
- Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and tender drawings.
- Maintain project documentation and design records.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings and design deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 3–8 years of relevant architectural design experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards and construction methodologies.
