Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Sonipat. The Architect will develop design concepts, produce detailed architectural drawings, and refine layouts for residential, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal design teams and external consultants, preparing presentations and design documentation, and ensuring design compliance with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. The role involves collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements,



presenting design options, and incorporating feedback into revisions. The Architect will also support project management activities, including design reviews, site visits, and alignment of design intent with construction execution.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, buildable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Strong visual, spatial, and technical drawing skills, with attention to detail and constructability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Sonipat and engage with clients, consultants, and contractors.
