Position: AR Caller – Patient Accounts Receivable
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years to 5+ years
Process: PB & HB
Requirements
1.5+ of relevant US Healthcare AR Calling experience.
Strong knowledge of Skilled Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB).
Hands-on experience in end-to-end denial management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
