? Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. As part of our US Healthcare RCM team, the AR Caller will be responsible for contacting US-based insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, understand claim status, and assist in resolving payment and denial-related issues.

The role provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to build their career in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) . Candidates will receive the necessary training and guidance to understand medical billing, insurance processes,



claim follow-up, and AR operations.

? Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Candidates with an interest in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM are preferred
- Good academic background with a willingness to learn

? Skills Required

- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Clear and confident communication; US accent familiarity is an added advantage
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Strong willingness to learn US Healthcare RCM and medical billing processes
- Ability to understand medical claims, insurance processes, claim status, and EOBs
- Basic knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 codes is an added advantage
- Ability to communicate professionally with US-based insurance companies
