- Handle AR follow-up for US Healthcare claims and insurance accounts.
- Analyze unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims and identify the reasons for non-payment.
- Contact insurance companies and follow up on outstanding accounts for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update claim/account status in the system.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring process compliance.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
