Role & responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, features, and pricing.
- Support senior sales staff in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge related to gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist with billing, packaging, and after-sales service coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers
- Basic communication skills in the local language and English.
- Interest in sales, customer service, and the jewellery industry.
