Role Description :

The Appointment Setter role at EchoPeak Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka, India. The individual in this role will contact prospects and existing customers by phone or digital channels to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, following defined scripts and guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointment calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, updating CRM or tracking systems, and documenting all interactions accurately.



The Appointment Setter will work closely with sales and customer service colleagues to ensure smooth handoffs, maintain high-quality customer interactions, and support lead generation campaigns.

This role requires consistent attendance, adherence to performance targets, and active participation in training and coaching sessions.

Qualifications

- Experience: 0–3 years in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, customer support.
- Ability to handle appointment setting and scheduling efficiently and accurately.
- Strong lead generation skills, including qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities.
- Effective communication skills, with clear, confident, and professional speaking and listening abilities.
- Solid customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in computers, CRM tools, and call management systems.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales is beneficial.
