Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Application Release Manager to lead end-to-end release management for a Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking implementation program within a banking environment. The role will be responsible for release planning, governance, coordination, environment readiness, deployment execution, and production releases across T24 and its surrounding application ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end application release management for the Temenos Transact (T24) implementation program.
- Develop and maintain an integrated release calendar covering T24 Core Banking, interfaces, channels, payments, middleware, reporting, and downstream applications.
- Coordinate release planning and execution across bank technology teams, T24 teams, system integrators, vendors, and third-party application providers.
- Plan and govern releases across SIT, UAT, performance testing, pre-production, DR, and production environments.
- Establish release schedules, deployment plans, dependencies, entry/exit criteria, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate application, infrastructure, integration, and workplace readiness activities ahead of releases.
- Manage release dependencies across T24 modules, interfaces, payment systems, channels, middleware, reporting, and downstream applications.
- Conduct release readiness reviews and track outstanding risks, issues, dependencies, and approvals.
- Coordinate deployment, cutover, rollback, and post-release validation activities.
- Ensure appropriate change management, release governance, approvals, and documentation are completed before production deployment.
- Track release progress and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and program leadership.
- Coordinate defect fixes, testing cycles, deployment activities, and release sign-offs across multiple teams.
- Support production releases, hypercare,



post-release validation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment plans, runbooks, release notes, and implementation records.
- Identify release risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in release processes, governance, automation, and deployment practices.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in application release management, deployment management, implementation management, or technical program delivery within banking or financial services.
- Strong experience managing releases for Temenos Transact (T24) or large-scale Core Banking implementations.
- Good understanding of T24/Core Banking application architecture and its surrounding ecosystem, including interfaces, channels, payments, middleware, reporting, and downstream systems.
- Experience coordinating releases across SIT, UAT, performance testing, pre-production, DR, and production environments.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple technology teams, system integrators, vendors, and third-party application providers.
- Robust understanding of release planning, environment management, deployment, cutover, rollback, change management, and release governance.
- Experience managing complex application dependencies and integrated release calendars.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing cycles, defect management, production deployment, and hypercare processes.
- Experience working in large-scale banking transformation or Core Banking implementation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple releases, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and senior business stakeholders.
