Role Description The Application Head (Study Abroad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end application process for students seeking international education opportunities. This role manages application pipelines, reviews student profiles, and ensures timely and accurate submission of documents to universities and relevant authorities.

The Application

Head coordinates with counselors and advisors to align application strategies with each student’s academic and career goals, while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance with institutional and visa requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring application progress, resolving issues, providing clear communication and updates to students and stakeholders, and optimizing internal processes for efficiency.



The role also involves training and guiding junior team members, collaborating with technical and support teams, and contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and student experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to evaluate student profiles, assess eligibility, and interpret university and visa requirements.
- Candidates should possess application support capabilities to manage end-to-end study abroad applications, documentation, and process coordination.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve application-related issues, delays, or discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for clear interaction with students, parents, universities, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess technical support competencies to work with CRM or application management systems and maintain accurate digital records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, management, international relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in study abroad consulting, university admissions, or education services is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Kozhikode and maintain a student-centric approach.
