Role Summary

Nova IVF Fertility is seeking a Applications Expert to support the Applications Lead– IT in day-to-day technology operations, project execution, and stakeholder coordination across the clinic network. This role is hands-on, bridging technical execution with operational and clinical stakeholder needs

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of the IT roadmap — manage projects, timelines, and delivery across clinics.

- Own day-to-day IT operations: application support, helpdesk escalations.

- Assist in managing relationships with IT and clinical software vendors — coordinate support tickets, upgrades, and issue resolution.

- Act as the first point of contact for clinical and operations teams on technology issues, escalating appropriately to the Application Lead.

- Support rollout and adoption of IVF business/clinical systems (EMR, lab/embryology software, patient management) across clinics.

- Assist in monitoring compliance with group IT security and data privacy policies.

- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal reviews.

- Step in for the Application Lead on operational matters as needed
