Required Skills & Experience
- Oracle HCM Cloud (overall): 8+ years.
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL): 5+ years (hands-on configuration of rules, schedules, time entry profiles, approvals).
- Absence/LOA: 4+ years (plans, accruals, eligibility/entitlement rules, carryover, proration, validations).
- Hands-on Configurator: Proven track record as an individual contributor (not purely advisory).
- Production Support: Solid experience in triage, analysis, and defect resolution.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with HR/Payroll and cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Required)
- Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor
- Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence/Leave of Absence
Desirable / Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces.
- Experience with advanced OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
- Familiarity with global HR/Payroll processes.
