- Familiarity with publishing workflows, manuscript preparation, and digital document management tools.

- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to communicate clearly via digital platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Tamil, English,Hindi, Literature, Communications, Publishing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience in book publishing, anthology projects, or multi-author compilations is highly beneficial.
