Veeda Lifesciences is looking for Analytical Characterization specialists to join our team in office in Bangalore. with 2–4 years of experience working with Biosimilars/Biologics, an. in a relevant field, and hands-on expertise in Higher Order Structure (HOS) techniques like SEC-MALS, FFF, FTIR, DLS, and DSC, This is an exciting opportunity to work on structural and aggregation analysis for biosimilars.

Responsibilities

- Execution of planned experiments/studies using higher-order structure methods.
- Primary structure analysis using amino acid profiling and N-terminal sequencing.
- Amino acid composition analysis using UPLC/HPLC based methods for peptides and proteins
- Secondary structure evaluation using Circular Dichroism (CD) with desalting optimization techniques.
- Amide bond and conformational analysis using FTIR spectroscopy.




- Fibrillation and amyloid kinetics studies using Thioflavin-T fluorescence assays
- Charge variant/heterogeneity profiling using SCX chromatography
- Hydrophobicity and polarity profiling using RP-HPLC methods.
- Low-level impurity detection (LOQ level) and troubleshooting recovery challenges in peptide analysis.
- Assay, impurities, aggregation, free vs bound drug analysis through different Peptide-related analytical method development
- Sample preparation, data acquisition, data analysis/processing of HOS based experiments/studies. Expertise on techniques such as CD/FTIR/SEC-FFF-MALS/DSC/DLS as well as different separation technology based on HPLC and UPLC.

Qualifications

- M.Sc ., MTech., or Ph.D.
