Role & responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media activities across relevant platforms.
- Develop fresh content ideas and engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing communication across email, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Manage webinars and events end-to-end, including planning, communication, coordination and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.
- Track marketing performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create audience-specific content using AI and other marketing tools.
- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and reports.
- Ensure high attention to detail and quality across all marketing communication.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
