Job DescriptionThis role requires a solid leader to manage relationships with key analysts and management at the company to develop a constructive, consultative relationship between VVDN and the analyst community. This individual excels at the fundamentals: bringing established relationships with leading industry analyst firms, and a proven track record of managing analyst relationships, strategic planning and execution of briefings, analyst visits and strategy days.

NResponsibilities:

- Represent the company in front of industry analysts, Develop briefing docs, messaging docs, analyst tours, trade shows, and events.

- Manage and grow analystrelations program to influence key industry analysts in areas related to engineering R&D;, digital, and manufacturing.
N
- Manage executive participation in analyst interactions and build and nurture the pool of spokespersons across the organization.
N
- Work with teams such astechnical marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communications, to leverage industry an8alysts across both inbound and outbound activities.

- Oversee and manage all ongoing contracts with industry analyst firms.
N
- Provide sales with key insights extracted from analyst coverage reports.
N
- Participate with other senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives surrounding outreach to industry analysts.
N
- Generate Analyst Relations content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, and responses to crises and issues.

- Contribute to and review material and content for outward-facing communications.
N
- Work collaboratively with regional teams to help adapt content & advise on global strategies so local teams can adapt.

- Prior experience of working in Marketing

- Experience working directly with executives from business or sectors and executive council
N
- Knowledge of trends in communications and analyst relations

- Ability to be creative,strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems

- Sound project management and time management skills
