Were Hiring: Analog/Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer (Advanced Nodes) – Hyderabad

Join our team to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies with TSMC 5nm/3nm experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks with full-chip integration support.
- Deliver block-level layouts on time with high quality.
- Execute verification flows: LVS, DRC, DFM, Antenna check, EMIR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently with ownership.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with TSMC 16/12nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm nodes (other foundries like Intel, Samsung, GF also acceptable).
- Proficiency in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Caliber DRC/LVS.




- Robust expertise in skill scripting and automation; APR tool knowledge is a bonus.
- BE/MTech in Electronics or VLSI Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to HBM (High Bandwidth Memory).
- Work on analog blocks such as Regulators, Charge Pumps, and Power Management circuits.
