Jd Identify and develop recent business opportunities in automated multilevel car parking systems across assigned territories

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, real estate developers
- Conduct meetings with architects and consultants to understand project requirements and propose suitable parking solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals in coordination with engineering teams
- Interpret basic layout drawings and provide preliminary solution inputs using AutoCAD




- Collaborate with internal teams for design approvals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals
- Provide qualified projects to sales for commercial closures.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
- Ability to travel for site visits.
