Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and customer-friendly AC technician who can independently handle installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of different types of air-conditioning systems.

The technician should not only be technically strong but should also maintain clean workmanship, good discipline and polite behaviour at customer premises. The objective is to complete every job professionally while making the customer feel comfortable and confident about Arihant Aircon's service.

Technical Knowledge & Responsibilities The candidate should have practical experience in:

- Installation, servicing and maintenance of Split AC, Inverter AC, Cassette AC, One-Way Cassette, Ductable AC and VRV/VRF indoor & outdoor units.
- Installation and replacement of various indoor and outdoor units.
- AC troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Refrigerant pressure checking and gas charging.
- Vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing and leak testing.
- Copper piping, flaring, brazing and insulation work.
- Drain piping and proper drainage checking.
- Electrical wiring, interconnection and basic control wiring.
- Compressor, fan motor, PCB, sensor, capacitor, contactor and other AC component checking.
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Proper testing of the AC after completing service or installation.
- Ability to identify the actual problem before recommending replacement of parts.

Clean & Skilled Workmanship Clean work is a compulsory requirement at Arihant Aircon.

The technician must protect the customer's furniture, flooring,



walls and other belongings before starting work. Tools, removed parts, packaging and waste material must be properly managed.

After completing the job, the work area should be left clean and neat. The customer should not have to clean up after our technician leaves.

The technician should take care to avoid unnecessary damage to walls, ceilings, furniture or interiors during installation and servicing.

Customer Behaviour & Communication The technician represents Arihant Aircon at the customer's premises and therefore must:

- Speak politely and respectfully with customers.
- Make customers comfortable while the work is being carried out.
- Explain the problem and work performed in simple language.
- Avoid arguments, loud discussions or unnecessary disturbance at site.
- Never create a ruckus or uncomfortable situation with customers, contractors, other workers or office staff.
- If any disagreement or problem arises, coordinate calmly and report it to the concerned senior rather than arguing at site.
- Maintain professional behaviour with customers, colleagues and office staff.

Coordination & Mobile Skills The candidate should be comfortable using a smartphone for daily work and should be able to:
- Use Google Maps independently to reach customer and project locations.
- Make and receive calls professionally.
- Use WhatsApp for location, photographs,



videos and work updates.
- Share before-and-after photographs of work wherever required.
- Read customer/site addresses and contact details.
- Coordinate with the office regarding job allocation, material requirements and completion status.
- Update the office after reaching the site and after completing the job.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival, work progress and completion.

Personal Qualities Required We are looking for a person who is:

Technically skilled, honest, disciplined, punctual, clean in Work Polite Customer-Friendly, Responsible, Calm Under Pressure, Good at Coordination, Willing to Learn The technician should have a problem-solving attitude rather than an excuse-making attitude.

He should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team and should take responsibility for completing the assigned work properly.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having practical experience in Split, Cassette, Ductable and VRV/VRF systems, particularly with leading brands such as Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin, will be preferred.

Experience: Preferably 3+ years of practical AC installation/service experience.

Pay: ₹8,305.50 - ₹12,000.00 per month
