- WhatsApp Automation Specialist to revolutionize how we capture, nurture, and close leads. What You’ll Do Flowchart Customer Journeys: Map out step-by-step customer inquiry flows for Room-wise (Living, Bedroom, Kitchen), Product-wise (Sofas, Wardrobes, Dining), and Service-wise (Renovation, Consultation) requests.

Build WhatsApp Automation: Set up automated WhatsApp drip campaigns, auto-follow-ups, and interactive WhatsApp forms for lead intake.

Deploy AI Chatbots:



Integrate smart AI auto-responders to answer client queries 24/7.

Manage Digital Catalogs: Connect automated messages with dynamic PDFs, product image libraries, and Google Photos albums via AI shortlisting. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with WhatsApp API tools (Wati, Interakt, Aisensy, ManyChat, etc.).

Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI chatbots. Proficiency in creating process flowcharts (Miro, Whimsical, Canva). Strong understanding of B2C and B2B customer communication.
