Position : AI Video & Motion Artist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI-Based Video & Motion Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling and motion-design skills with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, AI video tools, animation and Reels, compositing, and post-production.

You will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into high-quality videos, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, social content, brand films, product videos, and experimental visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging AI-generated videos, animations, motion graphics, and visual content from concepts, scripts, storyboards, or creative briefs.
- Use generative AI tools to create and enhance video, images, characters, environments, effects, and motion sequences.
- Develop creative concepts, visual styles, storyboards, mood boards, and video treatments.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional motion design, VFX, compositing, editing, and animation workflows.
- Experiment with emerging AI video and creative technologies to develop current visual styles and production techniques.
- Maintain consistency in characters, environments, lighting, composition,



typography, and brand identity across video sequences.
- Edit and refine footage with strong attention to pacing, transitions, sound, color, typography, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative head, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
- Create multiple creative variations based on campaign requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI video models, generative workflows, motion-design techniques, and creative technology.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of motion design, animation, video editing, visual storytelling, and composition.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative and video-generation tools.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Experience with AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, image generation, video enhancement, lip-sync, character animation, or visual effects.
- Ability to write and refine effective prompts for generating consistent and visually compelling content.
- Understanding of cinematography, camera movement, lighting, framing, editing, color, and sound.
- Good eye for aesthetics, detail, timing, and visual quality.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a creative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new creative technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with 3D, VFX, compositing, or character animation.
- Experience creating content for advertising, social media, entertainment, fashion, gaming, or branded content.
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflows for maintaining visual and character consistency.
- Knowledge of basic sound design and music editing is a plus.
