RUN AI Intelligence is looking for a creative AI Video Editor who understands that editing isn’t just about cutting clips — it’s about timing, emotion, storytelling, rhythm, and attention.

If you know your cuts, understand pacing, enjoy experimenting with AI tools, and can turn ordinary footage into something that feels cinematic — we want to meet you.

What you will do?

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, brands, campaigns, and digital content.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ads, and promotional content.
- Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, story-driven content.
- Use AI-powered tools for video generation, enhancement, automation, ideation, and creative workflows.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, typography, sound effects, music, and visual effects where they actually add value.
- Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, visual continuity, and audience retention.
- Perform basic color correction and color grading to give videos a consistent and professional look.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new visual styles and editing approaches.
- Keep up with AI video trends, editing techniques, social-media formats, and emerging creative tools.

Tools you must know:

Must Know:

- DaVinci Resolve — Editing basic Color Grading
- Adobe Premiere Pro — Video Editing
- Adobe After Effects — Basic Motion Graphics & VFX

Positive to Have:

- Photoshop / Illustrator
- CapCut or other fast-paced editing tools
- AI video generation & enhancement tools
- Sound design / audio mixing
- Motion graphics and compositing

You don't need to be an expert in everything. But you should be curious enough to learn anything.

What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding of cuts, pacing, composition, transitions, and storytelling.




- A good eye for visual quality and detail.
- Understanding of what makes content watchable, engaging, and shareable.
- Ability to work with feedback and deliver within deadlines.
- Creativity that goes beyond templates and presets.
- Willingness to experiment with AI traditional editing workflows.
- A portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your editing skills.

Bonus Point if you have:

- Know how to create cinematic edits.
- Understand social-media retention and storytelling.
- Can create clean and impactful motion graphics.
- Have experience editing brand films, advertisements, documentaries, or creator content.
- Experiment with AI tools instead of waiting for everyone else to discover them.

Work Mode- Important:

This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

You will be working from our office and collaborating with the creative team in person.

? YOUR OWN LAPTOP IS REQUIRED

You must have your own laptop capable of handling professional video editing.

Minimum configuration:

- Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
- 16 GB RAM minimum
- SSD storage recommended
- Dedicated GPU is preferred

If your laptop struggles with a 1080p timeline, we probably need to talk about your machine before we talk about your edits. ?
