Role Description The AI Tools & Automation Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and delivering training programs that help learners understand and effectively use AI tools, automation platforms, and related workflows.

The trainer will create structured curricula, prepare instructional materials, conduct live sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs, and provide ongoing guidance to participants. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner needs, customizing content, developing practical use cases, evaluating learning outcomes, and updating materials to reflect current tools and best practices. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with AcceleratorX’s learning standards and support participants with clear, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, chatbots,



AI assistants) and automation technologies (e.g., workflow automation, no-code/low-code tools, integrations).
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering instructor-led training or workshops to diverse learner groups.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning modules with real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
- Proficiency in analyzing learner performance data and feedback to improve course content and teaching methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and active listening.
- Comfort working with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., learning management systems, video conferencing, shared documentation platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training programs or cohorts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in AI, automation, or technology training is highly beneficial; experience in professional development or corporate learning is a plus.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered training practices and continuous upskilling in emerging AI and automation trends.
