Role Description The AI Trainer / Agentic AI Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training programs that build practical AI and Agentic AI skills for diverse professional audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing curricula and learning materials, creating hands-on exercises and use cases, and facilitating interactive workshops, labs, and coaching sessions. The role involves collaborating with internal experts and client stakeholders to tailor training to specific industries, roles, and transformation goals, as well as collecting feedback and data to continuously improve learning experiences.

The AI Trainer will also help translate complex AI concepts into accessible, actionable guidance, support responsible AI and governance topics,



and contribute to enterprise AI academies and capability-building initiatives. This is a contract, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI, machine learning, and Agentic AI concepts, including practical experience applying AI solutions in organizational contexts.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or professional training, with the ability to create structured, role-based learning paths and engaging educational content.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with experience leading workshops, labs, or classrooms for mixed-experience groups.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI ethics, and governance frameworks, and the ability to integrate these principles into training programs.
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear, business-relevant language and use cases that support enterprise transformation and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort working closely with client stakeholders, gathering requirements, and adapting training to different industries, roles, and organizational maturity levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess learners’ needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to continuous learning, and ability to work in a fast-evolving AI setting on-site in Hyderabad.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Psychology, Education, or Business) or equivalent practical experience.
