Job Title: AI Support Engineer Location: Offshore (Any SYF ODC location) 3-6 years Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a forward-thinking technology company leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions. We are seeking a skilled AI Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain, support, and optimize our AI models and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for generative AI models running on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock. Monitor and optimize AI model performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI services with existing microservices built using Spring Boot.

Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic to track system health, diagnose issues, and improve system resilience. Assist in deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI models in cloud environments (Azure and AWS). Document support procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.

Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in AI, cloud services, and monitoring tools.





Primary Skills Required: Strong experience with Generative AI models (e.g., large language models, diffusion models, transformer architecture). Hands-on experience working with Azure AI services including deployment and monitoring of AI models. Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and its capabilities for managing and deploying foundation models in production.

Secondary Skills: Experience in building, maintaining, or supporting Spring Boot microservices in cloud environments. Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Splunk and Recent Relic. Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservice-based applications.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in supporting AI or ML models in production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Certifications in Azure AI, AWS, or related cloud platforms.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
