Our agents run in production today for enterprises across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate, handling real customer conversations at scale. You''ll work close to the product: what you build this week is on a live client call next week.

The Role As an AI Solutions Engineer, you''ll own how our voice agents work for the clients you''re responsible for, from the first conversation about what they need through to what runs at scale on their calls.

The role has three facets. You''ll work directly with clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into a buildablescope. You''ll approach problems as a solutions owner,



taking an open-ended requirement and defining the approach yourself.

This is hands-on from week one. You''ll own real client work early, build depth across the voice AI stack.

What You''ll Own

- Build voice agents for client use cases. Scope the conversation, write what drives it, and take it live.
- Work directly with clients across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate, from first brief through to what''s running on their calls.
- Translate open-ended client asks into a concrete approach, including the ones nobody has built yet.
- Go beyond the agent itself when the problem calls for it, whether that''s how data gets presented or how a workflow fits together.
- Stay with what you ship. Watch how it performs on real calls and keep improving it.

What We''re Looking For

- 0 to 2 years of experience, open on background.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompting.
- Understanding of how the underlying tech stack fits together: APIs, webhooks, data flows
- Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to work through it.
