When inventory falls below defined thresholds, replenishment orders are automatically generated and sent to the hospital’s ERP system, eliminating manual counts and barcode scanning. Role Description The AI Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of Chooch AI deployments for healthcare clients. This role includes monitoring system dashboards, analyzing inventory and performance data, and coordinating with hospital stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of AI-driven supply room operations.

The AI Operations Executive will document processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate with internal teams such as product, engineering,



and customer success to improve workflows and service delivery. The role also involves preparing regular reports, supporting training and onboarding activities, and ensuring that operational standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care through more efficient supply chain management.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day AI platform usage and supply chain workflows.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management tools, or AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
