Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Trainer with hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, workshops, and mentoring learners in AI and Machine Learning domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver AI training programs, workshops, and learning materials for students and professionals
- Develop curriculum covering Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and AI Ethics
- Conduct engaging training sessions (online/offline) with practical, hands-on learning
- Guide learners through projects, assignments, and real-world use cases
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI Development
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI
- Strong knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
- At least 1 year of training/teaching experience (corporate/academic/freelance preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Understanding of instructional design or adult learning is a plus
