Must-Have Skills

- Artificial Intelligence – Strong understanding of AI concepts, architectures, and enterprise AI solutions
- Python – Strong hands-on programming experience
- LLM (Large Language Models) – Experience working with LLM-based applications and solutions
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines
- Agentic AI – Experience building AI agents, agent workflows, tool/function calling, and multi-step orchestration
- Machine Learning – Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model development, evaluation, and deployment

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Architect and develop LLM-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions.
- Design and implement RAG-based solutions , including document ingestion, retrieval,



embeddings, vector search, and response generation.
- Design Agentic AI workflows using AI agents, tools, memory, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning patterns.
- Develop AI/ML components using Python .
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements.
- Define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business teams to drive AI initiatives.
- Establish best practices around model evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG quality, scalability, and responsible AI.
- Guide development teams in implementing AI/ML solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
