Role Description The AI/ML Trainer position at Vidyavya is an in office role based in Pune City. You will assist in delivering AI/ML-focused sessions, support hands-on labs, and guide students as they work on live projects and practical assignments. Daily activities include helping design and update training materials, explaining core concepts, reviewing student work, and providing constructive feedback aligned with industry practices.





You will collaborate with mentors and the program team to ensure sessions are interactive, accessible, and oriented toward real-world problem solving.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Communication skills to explain complex AI/ML concepts clearly and support diverse learners.
- Foundational knowledge in AI/ML (e.g., Python, machine learning algorithms, basic statistics) and an interest in data engineering concepts.
- Ability to facilitate hands-on labs, guide project-based learning, and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in an on-site academic environment, and a collaborative mindset.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant STEM program (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field) is preferred.
- Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or training, even in informal or campus settings, is an advantage.
