We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who is passionate about building cutting-edge solutions in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, OCR, and Computer Vision, and has hands-on experience with modern tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Work with NLP, OCR, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), computer vision, and deep learning pipelines.
- Build and manage vector databases for semantic search, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Deploy and scale ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
- Conduct experiments, benchmark models, and optimize for performance and accuracy.
- Document model design, assumptions, and decisions for future reference.

Qualifications

- 57 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenCV).
- Hands-on experience with NLP, OCR, RAG, and computer vision pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) for semantic search or embeddings.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Experience deploying and managing ML models on AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of cloud-native ML tools and services like SageMaker, Lambda, or Azure ML is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in collaborative environments.
