The AI Manager is a techno-functional role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering AI solutions that create measurable business value. The role requires a hands-on AI engineer with solid expertise in Python and AWS, combined with the ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, define solution architectures, and drive successful delivery of AI products from concept to production.

Role:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Define scalable AI architectures and implementation approaches.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Python-based AI development.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products and initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Drive project execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Mentor and guide AI engineers and technical teams.




- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Present technical and business recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Education/Qualification: Graduation or Masters in Computer science & Engineer or related field. 7+ Years of IT experience ;3+ Years of AI/ML

Desirable Skills:

On-Premises & Hybrid Cloud LLM Deployment ITIL Certification (v4 Foundation or higher) AI Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy Frameworks Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma) MLOps & LLMOps Pipelines (Weights & Biases, MLflow) Agile/Scrum Product Management Experience Conflict Resolution & Change Management Leadership.
